At BoTree, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: Items can be returned within 7days of purchase if they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Return Process: To initiate an return, please contact to our team with your order number and the new item/size you’d like. We will ship the replacement once we receive your original item.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receiving the item back in our warehouse. The refund will be issued to you as a gift card and Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: Items are eligible for exchange within 7days of purchase if they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact to our team with your order number and the new item/size you’d like. We will ship the replacement once we receive your original item.
- Shipping for Exchanges: We cover the shipping cost for the first exchange per order. Additional exchanges will incur a small shipping fee.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) with original tags and packaging.
- Send It Back: Attach the prepaid return label we provide, and drop off at your nearest shipping location.
5. Processing Time
Please allow 7-10 business days for return and exchange processing from the date we receive your package.
